Excellent location right in the middle of Blackpool , breakfast was delicious and filling, Chris and Peter the hosts were very friendly and helpful, kept us supplied with the essentials and asked us if we needed anything.

Really enjoyed my stay at the kirkview.
Very welcome host who me and my son had lots of nice chats with.
Room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and powerful and there was the added bonus of having some tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
Hotel was very quiet which was nice, we had a great nice sleep every night. There was also no outside noise, it's in a great location close to everything but far enough away from all the noise that you don't hear anything.
Breakfast was delicious every morning, full English cooked perfectly with tea / coffee. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast to start the day.
We will definitely return, I've stayed in other places, cheaper and more expensive and this is by far the best. The thing that made they stay even more exceptional was the friendly welcoming host who made us feel at home and and went above and beyond to cater our stay.
