Our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location is very close to the centre of town but not too close that noise from the nightlife is a problem. We had a family room for 2 adults and 3 children which had 1 double bed and a triple bunk bed which was a hit with the kids!

The staff was friendly and cleanliness was the main priority
The bed was broke and uncomfortable the pillows felt lumpy and old and the Wi-Fi was not working. I was also chard £3 for linin which was never stated in the terms and conditions I was sent

Pleasant room. Basic but clean.
Friendly check in and a nice bar area although we didn’t use it.
Smell of drains in the bathroom and no plug in the sink didn’t help. I needed a fan to help me sleep but I found the £7 charge totally unacceptable and didn’t pay.
Never saw anyone on check out or I would have mentioned these issues. Really strong smell of cooking when we 1st went in.

The hotel was gorgeous compared to our previous stay at Blackpool. Love the decor and the cleanliness and the pinball game i haven't found since i was a kid. The staff is friendly, plenty drinks selection.
The bed is noisy and the bathroom is really tiny. I wish they haven't kept the toilet rolls behind the toilet as i struggle to use it due to my slipped disc. Unfortunately not much airflow in the room.

The room was very small and could have been cleaner with a lick of paint and not a full double bed.
