Hotel is in a good location and modern. It's also well equipped. The hotel has recently been took over, and a full English breakfast is no longer available. The manager wasn't there for check out nor was we told of the process. I wanted to discuss an issue with the manager who didn't reply. Confusing check in as the room only slept 2 and we booked for 3 and confusion over payment as I was asked to pay but had paid in July so made check in a little stressful! Feel like this b and b is now a side job and not ran how the reviews said when we booked. However when we met the manager on the 1st day he was friendly but seemed very rushed.
Didn't like that he didn't know we had paid as this was quite stressful on arrival

Great hotel host super friendly on arrival and through out are stay rooms large and spacious good shower breakfast looks amazing would definitely stay here again,nice easy walk to pleasure beach or the tower lots of pubs and restaurants close by

Some more clothes hangers only 5,Normally I need 6 per day daytime and night time clothes,More hand and shower towels on 1 shower towel,Maybe as I only stayed for 1 night,See normally stay for3 days in total at b n bs when I goto Blackpool,,Nothing major only minor things

Amazing breakfast. Worth every penny.
Josie was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was immaculate.
Parking was a little tricky however we travelled over the Easter weekend so it was expected.

This was our second visit to the Kenley. Jose is a ray of sunshine and makes you feel at home, such a lovely lady who goes that extra mile for her guests. The hotel is immaculate from rooms to bathroom, lounge and dining room. All extremely comfortable and cosy and at a very high standard. The breakfast is 100% well worth the extra £10 the quality of the ingredients are top notch and by far the best breakfast I have had in Blackpool. We will 100% return.

We love this hotel it’s a real gem. 3rd time we have stayed, Josie the owner is lovely and very attentive. Great location tram stop at the end of the road.
