Staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
Even with a fan provided, the room was too warm for a comfortable nights sleep.
In cooler weather, it would have been perfect.

This is a fabulous guest house
Clean and comfortable , everything you could possibly want is provided for you , the owner is a wonderful lady and literally nothing is too much trouble and she cooks a lovely breakfast ❤️
Lovely decor throughout we even had pictures in the fabulous chairs

Nice and clean, quiet and comfortable, hosts were really welcoming, easy going and ready to help if we needed.
The WiFi didn't extend to room 10, not a massive issue, just hotspotted my phone to the TV

On entry, the staff were exceptionally nice and the place was so clean and beautiful, got the key to my room and I was blown away with how beautiful and clean and fresh everything was, absolutely would stay here again 11/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't answer this as genuinely there was nothing I didn't like.

Nice hotel, bedroom, lovely spacious living room & dining area and excellent breakfast. Friendly and accommodating owner, bike-friendly so was able to store my bike securely and safely inside. Convenient location close to the Promenade. Would recommend and use the hotel again in the future. Everything very clean and organised.

Great hotel host super friendly on arrival and through out are stay rooms large and spacious good shower breakfast looks amazing would definitely stay here again,nice easy walk to pleasure beach or the tower lots of pubs and restaurants close by

The host arranged for balloons and a banner to be put up for my partner's birthday which I felt was a really nice extra touch. Hotel was clean and host is very friendly and inviting.
Parking situation. There is parking available for an extra £10 per night which was situated just down the road. It is a shame parking was not included in the price. But wouldn't stop me staying there again.
