Excellent location for our function.
Josie was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Very good breakfast. Again Josie was very flexible with our breakfast requests.
The streets adjacent to this one were very run down.

Location was fairly quiet, a small walk to the promenade. Lovely room-enough drawers and space to put your suitcase etc. Clean and had what you needed.
Landlady was friendly
Check in could have been smoother-due to the landlady’s personal circumstances which couldn’t be helped-but was able to leave my bags. Also another couple were waiting outside which I then had to let in as no one came to the door bell and they hadn’t received a code to get in.
Shower was a bit small to manoeuvre around but not much you can do about that-liked everything else.
Bed was a bit hard but the actual furnishings etc were comfortable.

This was our second stay and we will be returning again very soon! We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Rooms are very cosy, clean and modern and Josie is great (owner)
We feel very welcome here almost home to home experience and I love how near it is to the centre.

Clean & updated rooms. The beds are comfy & the lady that owns this is lovely. We have stayed here a couple of times so would highly recommend this hotel.

Josie is the most amazing, friendly and helpful host I have ever met. She treats you as if you were one of her own family. Nothing is too much trouble. Always on hand to help.
Her property is lovely. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Excellent location with off street parking around the back. We booked two ground floor rooms because of mobility issues and they were perfect. The full English breakfast was fabulous.
We cannot praise Josie enough. When we visit Blackpool again, The Kenley is where we are headed! Go and pay her a visit.
We believe there has been damage caused in the past so let's treat Josie's property with respect.
Nothing to dislike.

Some more clothes hangers only 5,Normally I need 6 per day daytime and night time clothes,More hand and shower towels on 1 shower towel,Maybe as I only stayed for 1 night,See normally stay for3 days in total at b n bs when I goto Blackpool,,Nothing major only minor things

Amazing breakfast. Worth every penny.
Josie was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was immaculate.
Parking was a little tricky however we travelled over the Easter weekend so it was expected.
