Good
It was modern, clean and central. Bed was comfy and staff friendly.
Room 3 - The toilet didn’t work properly, was blocked prior to our arrival and the shower was cold. The bathroom door didn’t shut right and the bathroom floor had a slight brown mark on it. Was just a bit tired and run down in the bathroom.

The bed was super comfy and the room was lovely and quiet.
The shower pressure was low and I couldn't get netflix on the TV.

Everything about the property was clean and comfy. Good location; tram stop at end of the road.
Couldn't use the front room as was being used as storage.

Exceptional
Fantastic location, very nicely presented. Spotlessly clean and decor is modern and airy.
The hosts are exceptional. Amazing husband and wife team who clearly go above and beyond as standard. I was treated to the loveliest care package as it was Ramadan, it was the most wonderful (and delicious) surprise.
This is of a standard above any B&B style accommodation that I’ve stayed in, and I travel a lot!
Nothing to dislike!

Exceptional
We stayed from Saturday to Sunday and loved the hotel.
So inviting on arrival, smart decor, clean everywhere, room has efficient facilities all for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast is a optional extra and well worth it!
The staff are warm, friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend!!
Can hear people in the corridor to and from the bathroom.
But its so minor.

Very tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful.
We asked for a twin room but got a double, however we rang the hotel and they dealt with the issue immediately and left us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience.

Poor
The room and hotel was lovely. Looks the part.
How cold my room was and I wasn't allowed food after a long day travelling we was excited to get a meal ordered, be fed and go sleep. Couldn't sleep because of how cold it was and how hungry we where. Had to settle for a tesco meal deal and eat it outside the hotel on their bench in the rain.

Wonderful
The Kenley is a good little B&B just a stones throw from the seafront. Tram stop at top of the road takes you straight to town centre or do an enjoyable 20 minute walk. The room (2) was cleaned to a high standard & with nice touches to the decor, all run by very friendly & accommodating staff.
Lightning poor in bathroom.
