The floor was caving in and unsafe outside room number 10 they also tried charging me £30 extra for a cot that was supposed to be included in the price as stated on booking . Com then when I got into the room they had placed a travel cot inside with no mattress just a 3 peice lounger chair cushion which was unsafe for my 18month old to sleep on them refused a refund

There was no staff at the property. All the ratings on different platforms said that the staff was really good but I did not meet any staff.There was nobody there.The coushions were smelling.We were not given the code to the main door ahead of the visit.There is no reception and no staff. The water in the shower was not hot enough to be able to take a shower.

I booked this hotel from Booking.com for our family vactaion but was a nightmare
please find below points and evidence for the issues faced by me and my family over vacation at Blackpool with hotel The Kenley::
1. I booked the hotel looking for air conditioner in the room but on reaching hotel, got to know there is no air conditioning in the room. This was first frustrating point for us breaking our trust on the booking when we travelled from London to Blackpool for vacation. (Attached screenshot of amenities provided in booking).
2. The water started dripping from ceiling light during our stay. The hotel guys tried to fix it but it didnt work. So this was another reason which made us think that it was really a bad decision making this booking as this ia a serious hazard issue when you are with your family on vacation and water dripping in your room from elctrical lights.( video attached)
How is this justified?
I would like to callout here that neither Booking.com nor The Kenley Hotel can compensate for the frustration, trust,anger, chaos made to our vacation time and really made it hell but this really calls for a compensation for the trouble we faced.

It was very clean and comfortable. Need 2 in kitchen waited 49mins for breakfast. Need to change notice on back of bedroom door it says 8till9 breakfast. It’s 9 till 10 .
That no one was there if you needed help all done by phone .
