Great hotel, very clean, and lots of little extras such as shampoo, makeup wipes, shower gel, and my husband's favourite, the biscuits.
We didn't use it, but they also had an honesty bar, which was a nice idea.

Compact comfortable small hotel just outside the noisy centre of Blackpool yet convenient to either walk, bus or tram in.
Small but clean rooms with all facilities that you need. A nice lounge area with a honesty bar if you wanted a drink thus trustworthy owners who also meet and greet to make you feel welcome.
Great value for money per room per night.
Probably the lack of breakfast availability yet a visit to the Cafe 47 literally 100 yards up the road more than compensates!

Very clean room, very comfy. Small place but it was only a room for two nights. Very warm evening in Blackpool but thankfully they had a fan and 'honesty box' in the living room which was great

The property in excellent location. Very clean and the owners were on hand for any queries. No breakfast served but this didn’t bother us. Room had coffee nd tea facilities and water in a fridge. With lovely cookies! There is a bar area with an honesty bar too. We will definitely stay again

Easy street parking right outside hotel. Very clean comfortable room with windows that opened. Thought of all accessories in room even a small fridge. Plentiful toiletries and tea coffee and cookies.
