Very clean room, very comfy. Small place but it was only a room for two nights. Very warm evening in Blackpool but thankfully they had a fan and 'honesty box' in the living room which was great
Very warm weather in summer. Not sure the hotel manages that! :-)

Had a few messages before arrival regarding our stay which was lovely and helpful. Arrived and greeted with a lovely smile and shown around. Bed was super comfy, room was very clean and just all over a lovely stay. I also liked the little touches in the room such as makeup remover wipes, fresh cookies and tea/coffee facilities in the room.
There was nothing.

What a beautiful stay! Jane was lovely and the room exceptionally clean and comfortable. And we even had added touches like cookies in the room and full toiletries! Would 100% stay again. Thanks so much :)

It was a home from home warm and very comfortable and had nice little extras like a mini fridge with bottled water a cosy living room where there was a honesty bar. Will definitely go again.

Had rebooked as we thoroughly enjoyed hotel last time. Exceptionally clean and great care taken to make sure stay was really comfortable. A wee bit out of city centre but pleasant walk in along promenade. Lovely wee cafe further along road for breakfasts Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel.. Jane and Martin are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble
The lounge area is perfect to relax on an evening after long day at Bapto pool tournament
Pillows on bed.. were a little too soft but everything else was fantastic
The little touches really helped water, cookies the fridge
Hot chocolate too perfect

The property was adults only, making it much quieter than you would expect otherwise, it was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, honestly could not wish for better.
