Amazingly clean throughout.
Good value for money and hosts very helpful.
The breakfast was all cooked fresh, with quality ingredients and plenty of tea & coffee.
Honesty bar was great and very fairly priced.

The hotel was very clean warm friendly the rooms are very clean and have all you need and a cosy tea coffee and biscuits and fridge which is a fab bonus
The only problem we had was the bed was so uncomfortable could feel the springs on the mattress which lead to a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep

The hotel is well looked after - nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We liked the owners and the breakfasts were very good, and excellent value. The area is quiet and residential, yet close to the promenade.
Our room was smaller than we'd hoped, the shower was rather eccentric and the bed could have been more comfortable.

Nice cozy hotel, clean room with very comfortable bed. Cookies and tea and coffee in the room. Superb breakfast. Location perfect if you want peace after night out. Easy access to city via tram. We know we will be coming back.

The b and b was very welcoming, very clean and good location for us as we like walking so yes not in centre of Blackpool but near enough to walk to town and back. Superb stay, only had breakfast on last night that was spot on too!!

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and comfortable and the cooked breakfast was delicious the main promenade was just 5 min walk to tram to get to all the attractions
The wind and cold lol very windy but to be expected for time of year!
