Great place to stay in Blackpool. Only a few yards away from the beach. The property is great, took my daughters fir the Illuminations. We had two bedrooms which were large, well stocked with refreshments, clean and even had a Super Nintendo! Books and DVD's were also available.
Breakfast was great, the dining area clean and well lit. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you're visiting the area. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great hotel with the owners making the experience!
We stayed on Saturday 7th September after cycling to Blackpool from Manchester. Andy let us keep the bikes inside the hotel and let my friend who booked a different hotel come for breakfast with us!
The hotel is in a great location and close to south pier. Would 100% book again when returning. Breakfast included in the price. Room was great spacious and clean. Fantastic hotel! Would highly recommend.

It was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were lovely with great attention to detail. The landlord always stopped for a chat even joining us in the Pirate bar on the evening. Great place to stay with children.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, they accommodated your every need. The breakfast was cooked to perfection! My daughters really enjoyed themselves as did we all. :)

Just left after a 3 night stay, and the hotel was just great for such a great price! The location is great, short distance to south pier, pleasure beach and the water park and it's walking distance to central pier. The hotel room and en suite was clean on arrival, beds were super comfy and we all slept great. We had a mini fridge in the room which was handy and lots of coffee and tea in there. The hotel bar was good to have there for the evenings. Breakfast was also just great too. Everything about the hotel was great. Andy and his family are friendly and the atmosphere was easy going and it was just an overall great experience. We will definitely stay here again. Kids got a stick of rock as well before we left which they were made up with!

Really clean, family friendly and great brekie. Was there over Easter and the little touches of an Easter card and chocs for the kids made it extra special. We will be back!
