Wonderful
Warm, clean amazing friendly helpful staff from arrival to leaving, nothing was too much for them. The full English breakfast was amazing, but I left some due to being full. Good selection of cereal and yogurt and fruit juices, with plenty of tea or coffee top ups if required. So good on all counts
Its not we wasnt happy, just a few pointers. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working and I forgot to tell them, so room 9 needs that looking at along with the bulb at the side of the bed near the window, its not bright it just glows pink.

Good
Staff, breakfast ,shower ,.location for trams and buses
Window double glazing had failed on most of the windows , as it was when I stayed a couple of years ago.
No toilet roll holder just holes where it had been
My room at the side of the hotel was quite dark during the day mainly due to the condensation blocking light .

Wonderful
Very friendly welcoming staff. They could not do enough for us. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean with well stocked tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was lovely! A full range of cereals, juice and freshly cooked full English. The bar area was spacious and comfortable. They had a good selection of drinks and snacks. The prices were very reasonable, there was a pool table and tv as well.
This place is ideal for families situated in a good central location within walking distance to the main attractions seafront and shops. There is a small off license situated on the corner which was open till at least 11pm on the Friday of our arrival. All in all a very pleasant friendly hotel. On the day of departure they allowed us to store our bags so we could enjoy the rest of the day without carrying them around with us. I would definitely recommend this friendly hotel.

Good
Parking £5 and could stay there all day after check out, which was very helpful. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Provided with vegan butter and milk when requested and sausages for the breakfast which was also good.
Area is not nice. I know this is Blackpool and not the nicest anyway but we were right next to a home bargains which was our view from the window and what I think was a tram depot. Basic BnB but fine for one night.

Wonderful
The staff, location.
Would have preferred to have an iron and hair dryer in the room. They didn't even have a bottle opener that I could borrow.

The staff could not do enough for us really lovely girls. Breakfast was value for money and very nice whatever you wanted it was done. Parked in the gates which gave us free parking Clean bedding and towels loads of tea milk and coffee sachets in the room..
It's not that we didn't like it but the rooms and furniture were dated but clean it's a very large listed older building like most hotels in Blackpool back streets.

Overall it was a lovely hotel, they were really accommodating to your needs, such as at breakfast there was a good variety to pick from. The rooms were clean and the lounge area for us was the best part as we stayed there with friends and it allowed us to all meet up together.
