The breakfast was very good, full English, not at all greasy and plenty of it.
The ladies that ran the establishment were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is old fashioned, not contemporary or modern in any way, but was very clean and still welcoming. Basic nice accommodation and well worth the price that we paid.

The location is fantastic just across from the big home bargains, parking is only £5 a night, the hotel is lovely, spacious and exceptionally clean, all the staff are absolutely lovely and the breakfast is delicious, well done keep up the excellent work.

The friendly staff and breakfast
Parking is fine with a small vehicle, I think if I had a larger vehicle or 4x4, it would be a struggle. The space is limited and can be challenging. I opted for the small £5 fee ,which is donated to a charity. This is more of a positive than a dislike.

The staff could not do enough for us really lovely girls. Breakfast was value for money and very nice whatever you wanted it was done. Parked in the gates which gave us free parking Clean bedding and towels loads of tea milk and coffee sachets in the room..
It's not that we didn't like it but the rooms and furniture were dated but clean it's a very large listed older building like most hotels in Blackpool back streets.

Overall it was a lovely hotel, they were really accommodating to your needs, such as at breakfast there was a good variety to pick from. The rooms were clean and the lounge area for us was the best part as we stayed there with friends and it allowed us to all meet up together.
