Lovely seaview, although the windows were dirty inside and out , Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly.Bedding and towels were clean.
No hot water in our room, water was tepid at best room B11 couldn't get shower to work either

The bed in my single room was very comfortable. My partner, who stayed in the room next door, said that the sea views were lovely. The breakfast was great.
there could have been some bigger towels like bath towels or a bath sheet.

This is my favourite hotel, there's nothing fake about it it's a lovely old building that has seen better days. The staff are not pretentious and they can't do enough for their guests. The food is beautiful with a varied menu and excellent table service. Always stay here if I can.

Good location with tram stop nearby.
There is a lovley relaxing park next to it.
