Comfy and quiet night sleep. Friendly staff
A little dated, but this was expected. The property is clean however, so it isn’t really a problem! Everything was functioning.

We loved our stay at the Headlands, the staff were super friendly, the location was perfect nice & quiet and perfect for us to get a sleep away from the hassle & busses. The kids loved the games room and breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from.
Rooms were dated, with wallpaper starting to peel off. But nothing major.

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Friendliness of the staff. Dining room and lounge were impressive. Service and quality of food/cooking was good. Bath and hot water.
Shower in bathroom was pretty useless. Could not produce hot water and is located incorrectly.

Lovely room. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent as was the one evening meal we had. Staff were all very friendly. Proper Blackpool hospitality!

Nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
It would have been nice to have toiletries, shower gel etc provided.

The hotel was very good and clean. The breakfast was really delicious and a good choice. The evening meal was good value for 3 course. The staff very friendly and helpful. Good location with a tram stops not to far away.
