Nice view from window, Quiet room. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. A+ for the money spent. £260 for 2 nights in one room for 2 adults and 2 kids, right next to the beach.
It's not Hilton. A bit aged interior. But for this price it's not something i would complain about.

It was such a quintessential English Seaside Guest House. A really lovely experience. Right on the foreshore, with wonderful views, and beachside charm.

Lovely hotel, nice quiet area. Tram service close by. Plenty of lounge areas to sit in. Lovely breakfast in nice restaurant area. Bed comfortable, had sea view.
Very quiet in bar area at night, but you could get a drink if you wanted one.
