The location and that was all!!
Disgusting! Came home with bed bugs on our children’s blankets! Staff weren’t helpful! The noise was unbelievable and it was all night!!! Staff were rude as we were leaving. Do not stay!!!

The location was fantastic for our purpose as we were at a dance comp. opposite the winter gardens.
The 1st night we found a bed bug so went to tell the staff, they did move us to another room, however the water pressure was bad so it took ages for a shower. The breakfast wasn't worth the money, it was continental, although it was all you can eat there wasn't much choice and it was only an hour long which didn't really work with our schedule.

The room was quiet enough considering it was a busy time of year. The staff around the hotel were friendly.
The rooms aren't as clean as they could be. The shower barely worked. There were stories of bed bugs in other rooms, which just made me itchy and unable to sleep.

First time in Blackpool. Hotel very clean and safe. Staff very kind, always smile. Room good and comfortable. Location near beach and shops. Breakfast very tasty. I feel happy here. Will come again.

Back at the Comfort Inn Gresham for our second visit with my hubby, and blimey – it’s had a proper glow-up! The place looks smashing – fresh rooms, cracking comfy bed, and a much nicer bathroom.
The staff were absolute stars, just as friendly as last time. Location’s spot-on – close to the action but nice and quiet when you’re back in your room.
We had a lovely, chilled-out few days. Can’t wait to nip back again!

Exceptional
This was our second time staying at Comfort Inn Gresham, and we loved it even more than before! I came with my husband, and we were really impressed with the new look of the hotel. The upgrades are lovely – the rooms feel fresher, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was much nicer.
The staff were warm and welcoming, just like last time. It’s a great location too – close to everything in Blackpool but still peaceful.
We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

it’s was close to the tower
given me a room with no window and they already knew about it and knew i had 5 years old child. my daughter have autism. what if she fell out of window? got moved to other room after i complain. 2nd room? shower not working.. the pipes was a hose pipes. not working no hot water and water is only dripping so can’t have a shower. got asked if want to move again for 3rd time. props joke

Bed was comfy but had bed bugs
Food and beverages were disgusting
Breakfast was inedible.No fresh products. Continental was very poor and cooked was cooked in old dirty oil . Bacon, sausages and hash brown were burnt and over cooked.. orange juice had black bits in … I can carry on ..no beers on pump . No ice. No bar staff. No restaurant staff.

We had two tea bags in our room when the three of us arrived and next morning I went down to see if I could get some tea bags and milk. I was shown a bag of tea/coffee/milk and asked for a pound at which I declined so we never had a cup of tea again in the hotel!

Good location. Room was nice, clean and warm. Plenty of towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. A singer in the bar was an added bonus
