Beautiful Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are nice and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Best part is that it is located in the heart of the city centre.

Superb Overall Experience. Staff was warm and helpful. Location is super central. Had a few nice drinks at the Bar in the evening followed by a good nights sleep. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent. Location was spot on - right across the Winter Gardens. Beds and Rooms were super comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was fair, no complaints. The staff were perfect. Chatty and responsive. On the whole I would stay there again.
Even for a single room it was small. The shower cabinet was very dirty in the corners.

The location was excellent
Where do you start the room had a window that didn’t close in winter the radiator didn’t work no curtains in bathroom or frosted window, toilet seat broken the holes in the walls hairdryer didn’t work and not tested since 2023
Lights didn’t work remote didn’t work , room half painted shabby
Lift didn’t feel safe so we used stairs
Fire alarm went off multiple times when we first arrived and no apology as to why
Breakfast was nonexistent a bowl of beans that looked like it had been there 2 days, a few slices of bread and cereal, coffee was cold cutlery was dirty not to mention to leak in the room above dripped on my face and my coffee
Staff -we saw 2 people none talkative
We booked the room for the location and breakfast included but had to go out and buy breakfast would have been cheaper to stay at the Hilton

The staff was nice however I wasn’t offered the breakfast I booked when booking the property
I didn’t like the fact I was first given a room and when I arrived to the room it was made up all the beds was a mess and wet towels on the floor in bathrooms room wasn’t cleaned and just left

Location
The room we had was not like any of the ones shown online.
Small bedroom, small double bed, very cold bedroom, furniture (except the chair) was in poor condition and the ceiling had a water mark from a leak!! The sugar sachets had solidified sugar, probably not checked or replaced.

Staff was very friendly. We stayed for a night and found the hotel extremely central. We had to visit Winter Garden which was right opposite the Hotel.
