Bed was comfy but had bed bugs
Food and beverages were disgusting
Breakfast was inedible. No fresh products. Continental was very poor and cooked was cooked in old dirty oil . Bacon, sausages and hash brown were burnt and over cooked.. orange juice had black bits in … I can carry on ..no beers on pump . No ice. No bar staff. No restaurant staff.

We had two tea bags in our room when the three of us arrived and next morning I went down to see if I could get some tea bags and milk. I was shown a bag of tea/coffee/milk and asked for a pound at which I declined so we never had a cup of tea again in the hotel!
Not very far from Blackpool tower or the Winter Gardens

Wonderful
Good location. Room was nice, clean and warm. Plenty of towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. A singer in the bar was an added bonus
I took 1 point off as the shower wasn’t the best but I would definitely stay again

Fair
Location was good, breakfast was good, staff pleasant
Room very dated, toilet seat chipped & marked, shower caddy rusty, no toiletries, no toothbrush glass or any other glasses, holes in towels, bedroom furniture chipped & marked, broken coat hangers, no wardrobe but a hanging rail that the tallest man in Britain would have struggled to reach, hairdryer that wouldn’t reach to any mirror, hallways that needed painting and carpets cleaning.

Staff lovely. Friendly and good at jobs. Particularly lady doing waitressing in morning. She was busy but still took time to quickly let guests know that she would be taking order soon.
Beds really comfy.
Great location but no parking so factor this in if comparing prices.
Corridors could do with carpets being cleaned and decorating. First impressions from corridors make place look dirty but room was fine.
Breakfast poor. Diluting orange. Child asked for just bacon and sausages and got one of each. Full English was quite nice.
Toilet plumbing very noisy.
Have booked cheaper rooms in Blackpool so for price point was expecting something on par with a Premier Inn standard but it wasn't. It was OK but would choose somewhere else if returned.

Very Poor
nothing
only thing was it was near the main town and centre.
wasn't very clean, water trickled out of the taps so shower could not be used. staff were not very helpful and insisted I/we paid in cash which wasn't what we thought. The lift was a two person one which had a sign to say if it broke down due to more people being in it there was a £200 charge???? Never heard of that before. Heaven help you if you are in it on your own and it broke down!

Great location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Car park opposite.
Cold room, there was a fan heater in the room but was cold from old original windows. This said I would stay again.

Poor
Very close to winter gardens venue
Mold in bathrooms, ceiling shower and window were very bad. Issues with drains making noises kept us awake all night, tv didn’t work, carpet in bedroom so dirty it made our feet black. Bathroom door got stuck, windows didn’t open and no extractor fan in bathroom, likely the reason for the mold. Not what I expected from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist staff however were lovely and did their best to help.
