This was absolutely disgusting, filthy, do not book.
Smelly, dirty, old, tired, absolutely filthy. When you pee your knees are in the shower cubicle. You could spit more than the shower. Couldn’t bare to eat breakfast so cancelled this and asked for refund. Was refused. Towels - got better hankies and softer. Do not book.

Dirty room, dirty towels, hotels have no heating, it's very cold in the room. The shower cubicle is dirty. I don't recommend this hotel for that kind of money.

This stay was awful - checked in to be told cash only for payment with no prior warning.
First room was not the cleanest, towels with marks that suggested not washed, stained bed sheets and covers. Very quickly found a large bed bug on the pillow.
Moved to new room to sleep at 1am but this from had debris all around edges, again stained sheets. Finally went to sleep and woke up to more bed bug bites.
Checked out after one night. There is a bed bug problem in this hotel.

Friendly staff. Convenient for Winter Gardens. Clean. Liked having a bar there.
Very small bathroom. Radiator didn’t come on whilst we were there but electric heater worked. Cold at night. Hard pillows and no blanket in room.

Clean and very close to the Winter Gardens. Bonus of a lift, so not having to carry the luggage up the stairs.
No light near the dressing table. Pillows flat and slightly uncomfortable. Room decor was a little bit tired and bathroom fixtures loose.

downstairs clean and modern, staff were ok, beds comfy
rooms leave alot to be desired, holes in ceiling, holes in the walls, holes in the towels, shower not fit for purpose ran red hot and freezing cold. very loud music till 1am had to go down to the bar and ask them to stop. booked through booking. com but asked to pay cash on arrival they said they don't accept cards but signage says otherwise. £20 a day to park over the road if you can get a space.....won't be returning

Bar looks lovely if you want to spend your time in there.
Upon checking in went to our room . No central heating in that part of hotel. Were given a blow heater.
Very small bathroom, couldn’t even fit a sink in there. Which we found out the next morning had no hot water.
Went down for breakfast on Sunday morning to be told the bacon hadn’t been delivered on Saturday. My other half is in hospitality and would go out her way to provide. So you would have thought oh better get enough from a shop rather then just say sorry . Or would you like an extra sausage.
Bedroom we had could do with a spruce up the photos on booking .com must be airbrushed.

location to Winter Gardens and central Blackpool was the appeal. Staff very helpful and Friendly. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was good. Beds were comfortable.
Building is tired and dilapidated overall. Room was tired and falling apart. No heating had to ask for a heater. Light fitting falling off wall did report and will be sorted after we check out. Shower didn't stay on fixing plus no shelf for toiletries and bathroom was drafty. Grout needs a good clean. Shelf was falling off wall so nowhere to put toiletries. Lots of bedroom refurbishment needed. Not value for money as stayed in better. Had stayed in Comfort Inn in London which was way better which prompted the booking.. slightly disappointed ?
