Nice local pub, chippy and Chinese
Good parks for walking dogs.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Water wasn't hot in the sink
Needed to slam door to make it lock because the lock was loose

Great value for money.
The owner was friendly and provided a lovely cooked breakfast each morning to get me through the day.
There was a problem locking the door to my room, but the owner came round quickly to demonstrate how to lock it and informed me that it will be fixed.

Large room, fridge which was very handy, dog friendly, Landlady was pleasant and helpful. The location was "enough" for us - not far from the tram stop (if you wanted to be amongst hub of the crowds/activities) but far enough for a more "quiet" side of Blackpool.

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The accommodation was excellent, clean and comfortable.
The only thing for me was that the tea, coffee facilities could have been replaced everyday. But then I drink a lot of coffee and could have asked so not really a problem.

The property was a few minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk to the Blackpool tower! The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable and facilities were exceptional. Would highly recommend the golden sands B&B.
The only issue we found with the property was finding somewhere to park.

Great Room loved the fridge. Haveing IBS this was actually a game changer. Comfy beds, Very clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Perfect quiet location away from the louder parts of Backpool.
Co-op, food places, tram spot and beach with 1 minutes walking distance.

I enjoyed my two night stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable and the facilities were excellent. A great choice of items for breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee. The host was very welcoming and added to very enjoyable stay.
