Nice location on the sea front next to Ma kellys
When u checked in they couldn't find my booking. On the first night I had no electricity as there was a power cut wasn't sorted untill next day. Bed was awful I was like sleeping on an old mattress my nan used to own whole place could do with a revamp

Got to the hotel everything inside and out was dirty. All windows could barely see out of. Walked in having made a booking and the staff didn’t ask me for a name booking number or anything! Just handed me the phone to speak to a manager. Manager said he had no booking down for me. Tried showing the staff emails with the booking confirmation but just looked at it and handed me the phone again for the manager. Had to go find another hotel to stay at with 2 babies under 2 and 3 other kids with us. Not good at all!
