Our host Vicky was terrific. Our rooms had the space to get ourselves reorganized after two weeks of travel. The guesthouse is within easy walking distance from the promenade and all it has to offer. Breakfast includes several options and was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The Spitfire Center at the airport is worth a visit.

Location from town/beach was just enough for a stroll after breakfast and for going out for an evening meal. The room we had, had everything we needed. The hostess, Vicky, went above and beyond for me to arrange a little surprise for my partner.

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable and fantastic service everything you could need was available to you. The owner was super friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The very friendly welcome from Vicky again. We had free parking, which we were very happy with. A proper breakfast (Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Mushrooms, Tomato, Baked Beans) a big pot of Tea, including toast and cereal. A good start to the day, with a full stomach to last us until teatime to be honest.
Superb comfortable room, plenty big enough, and very clean and tidy.
The only thing we did'nt like in Blackpool was that we could'nt stay longer. We are back in October to see 'Elkie Brooks' at the Grand.

we arrived at the hotel to be welcomed by Vicky the owner. the family room on the top floor has 3 bedrooms
a bathroom and a separate toilet. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfy.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and was very filling and lovely .
The hotel was very relaxed and comfy and Vicky was always full of suggestions.
We had our grand daughter with us and she loved playing with the Dolls house in the living room downstairs.
My mother came with us and we were a bit concerned about the amount of stairs but they were not steep and not that bad .
We will be booking again great place not far from central pier and all entertainment and beach.

Great location for the Winter Gardens (10 minute walk), free parking was available on site. Family room had 3 separate bedrooms (2 double 1 twin) behind one main door ideal for keeping everyone near but have your own privacy. Breakfast was lovely!

The host Vicky was amazing, host went above and beyond, at arrival she told us she upgraded our room for the family room due to a cancelation, so my toddler would be more comfortable, the room was so clean, cozy and perfect. Breakfast was amazing. I made the best memories!! Would highly recommend for a family retreat

The owners were lovely. Took the time to talk to us and answer any questions. The beds were also comfy which is always a worry when staying atway from home. We would definitely return!

We’ve just got back from a 2 night stay in The Fylde. Vicky is absolutely lovely and genuinely makes sure you have everything you need throughout your stay. Everywhere was absolutely spotless. We stayed in Room 8 and it was so lovely, a big comfy bed, lovely clean bathroom, a very comfy couch, tea/coffee making facilities and top up stations just outside the room in case you run out. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and cooked exactly how you like it. The lady who helps at breakfast was lovely too and made sure you had everything you needed. Vicky takes a genuine interest in you as her guest and is so warm and chatty. This will definitely be our place to stay on our next visit to Blackpool x

Excellent breakfast, served by friendly, warm , informative proprietor. Location of hotel was ideal near enough to walk to centre but peaceful relaxing place to stay. We will go back without doubt when we return to Blackpool.
