Perfect location on the North shore. Just far enough out of town to be in a quieter neighbourhood but close enough to walk into Blackpool centre or to Bispham. Chris and Cris were the perfect hosts and very knowledgeable about the area and things to see and do. They even upgraded our room which was a nice touch. The fantastic breakfast starts the day off perfectly and I would highly recommend staying here. As an aside, if you like Italian food book yourself a table at the Terra Nostra in Bispham. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a stay at The Fossil Tree!
Not much to criticize but you need to be aware that the hotel does not have a lift so be prepared for steps.

Both Christine and Chris made us feel very much at home and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was lovely breakfast amazing. Would definitely go back again.

Very nice hotel , comfortable and in good conditions , room was spacious, friendly staff , good food for breakfast , car park available. Very good location , around 10 minutes from the centre by car or tram .
Didn't have fridge in the bedroom, noisy because can hear other clients walking and having a shower. No buffet available for breakfast, you have to order by menu and wait for food.

Perfect location for a peaceful nights sleep directly opposite the beach and a 5 minute tram ride to the centre
