Chris is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and bed very comfy. Car parking on site which was a bonus.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was spotless, the owners were very helpful. It is also just far enough form all the hustle & bustle of the main town and a tram spot just outside from the hotel.

Faultless. The hosts are EXTREMELY accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Chris has superb knowledge of the history of Blackpool and the surrounding areas, which we found fascinating. The breakfast is sublime, the room spotless and the bed VERY comfortable. Excellent location for the numerous cafes and restaurants just up the road a little in Bispham, perfect for us who avoid the 'hubbub' of Blackpool town centre.

Chris went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless and in a great location for the trams. Breakfasts were excellent - very filling in a lovely dining room. Well done to Chris and Christine for a beautiful establishment.

The property was very clean and tidy. We liked where the property was positioned away from all the hustle and bustle with the tram station just across the road. The owners were very nice and welcoming with lots of local information.
