Trudi and Malcom were wonderful hosts, and nothing too much trouble. The room was great. Everything you could need. There are iron and board on each floor for you to use, wfi is great. Breakfast is beautiful. I couldn't ask for more . Will certainly be back. Also, it was my first time travelling on my own fabulous experience.

First of all, the people who own this building was Trudy and Malcolm, they were absolutely lovely people to meet and made myself and Tammy feel absolutely welcome in. Could not fault them one bit. The room was absolutely insanely spacious, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, breakfast was fantastic!

Rooms were lovely and spacious, spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was nicely cooked, with a great choice. Cleanliness was of high standard in every space.
Water pressure for the shower was weak, however you come to expect that in an older property with multiple rooms so it was not an issue.

The owners were wonderfully polite, helpfull and ran a spotless guest house. Super comfortable bed, private parking, great breakfast and great location with a nice walk into the hussle and bussle of the town.
We will be booking again on our next trip to Blackpool as tried many other guest house, hotels etc and this is by far the nicest in many ways for us.
Cant say that there was anything that we didnt like!

Wonderful welcoming hosts Trudi and Malcolm. Arrived and was offered a twin room instead of single which was on first floor. Room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was excellent cannot fault it at all and Trudi was very accommodating providing extra coffee and toast if wanted.
