The hosts were very friendly and informative. The hotel itself has their own onsite parking and is very close to the front and tram stop. Our room wasa good size with all that was needed for our 2 night stay. Would stay again.

Great location, great hosts, great cooked breakfast, great standard of a very clean room and facilities and great communication throughout.

Lovely spotlessly clean and comfortable room, (room 1 ) comfy beds, lovely bathroom, good hospitality tray. Hosts Trudi and Malcolm were lovely, friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Left feeling that you had known them as friends for ages. Breakfast superb. Highly recommended, would stay here again. Thanks Trudi & Malcolm.

Lovely comfortable suite, liked the additional space with sofas and tv. Very clean. Tasty breakfast included in the price. Nice quiet area off the main promenade.

Great welcome and check in. Lovely 4 poster bed spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. Fridge in communal lounge a great addition. Breakfast was lovely and very well organised. En suite was small but adequate. Thank you for a lovely stay
