Nice stay, relatively clean, good amenities.
I waited for half an hour to be checked in. I had to phone them because they didn't hear the bell, it must have gone down. I asked for towels, but never got them.

I liked the location
I didn't like the room and the service was terrible. It took us a long time to receive the keys. From 3 pm we only received the keys at 5 pm. And only one dizzy and tired employee to serve so many people. Dirty room, dirty bed linen, no hot water for showering. It was horrible. I do not recommend.

Location, friendly staff .simon was amazing. Would of preferred a lower ground floor .but overall very good
My partner suffers with her knees so being on the 2nd floor didn't help
