Me and my partner liked the stay
We Could recommend it again
It was a bit small to move around on the crutches with the other bed on the side
The pillows were stained
I had to sit on the floor to shower wasn't spaceable really

On arrival I was made to feel very welcome by Helen, the ambience was very relaxed + comfortable, when I returned from my night exploring Blackpool I went to my room then went back outside for a cigarette or 2 before bed + I met Simon who came + sat outside with me chilling out + having a chat into the small hours so I wasn't say outside on my own, I will definitely be going back to stay at The Feathers Hotel when I go back to Blackpool, by the time I left I was made to feel like an old friend not just another guest in another hotel.
Thank you Helen + Simon for being such lovely genuine people

Got there gave us the room key wen I went in it was taken same as my friend then had to share a small room even tho payed for a double didn't see the people who ran it all weekend wasn't that clean window didn't shut won't be staying here again

Very nice family run hotel. Staff very helpful. Explained my grandson was non verbal. Simon communicated using sign language. Helped me in and out the building with my buggy and to my room with our bags. Room was nice size for us , two comfortable single beds , wardrobe, dressing table , tv , tea and coffee and a hairdryer. En suite with shower , sink and toilet with towels and shower gel provided

I didnt like our bed it had chipboard where slats are suppost to be and was like a slide ... I didn't like the bathroom window handle falling off on opening

Did not get key for using door after asking as we were locked out twice second time at 11 ish at night had to wake a fellow guest to let us in as couldn't get in touch with staff..
