Simon and Helen were very helpful,they where there when you wanted anything and very friendly to have chat with,the rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable x

The managers couldnt do enough to help you. Simon is a great guy. We needed to leave at 7am to get to the airport. He sorted us a parking space and made sure we could get out at 7. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely go back

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Manager was friendly.
Waited 35 minutes to check in. Room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, there was lipstick stains on the towels and the bedroom carpet was grubby. The sink leaked and you had to put towels down to clean it up. No shower gel, shampoo. Bedroom didnt get tidied during the day. Bedroom very noisy.

The noise guests had no respect for other guests not the hosts fault coming in at 2 in the morning banging shouting you could hear everything

The pictures of the rooms were way below standards , there were only 4 slats in the blind , and the decor must have been done by someone blindfolded

I have been here many a time but this stay was completely different with different owners,
The guy is absolutely brilliant but it didnt seem like a hotel , more like a scatter flats within the building .
First night there , my items were removed to another room without me knowing,something to do with a couple not want a room they stayed in ,
Dont get me wrong the guy was very apologetic but this should have waited till we came back to the hotel instead of coming back to find out our items of clothing were moved elsewhere !! Chaotic
The night before we came home, there was a lot of noise and it ended up a fight where someone was shouting for the police, the guy was genuinely in fear , you could hear it when he was shouting for the police , it was absolutely chaotic. I did not like the feeling of staying in the property as I thought someone was going to end up seriously seriously hurt ,
I really could not wait to get out in the monday morning, if i hadnt had a drink early Sunday , I would have been away that night ,
I know its not the owners fault but this should really have be addressed as it was caused by people staying in your property .
I really used to like this place but after my stay on beginning Oct , I wont be making another visit and thats a shame as you could have a good thing going there ,These incidents will make people not want to return
