meals superb entertainment quite good but would have liked to see a comedian staff exellant
bed was veryl uncomfertable the all inclusive bar closed at 10oclock when there still an hour of the cabaret to go heard lots of people talking about this.

We like all , to bad that the whether was very bad and the outside pool was close , we want to enjoy that pool
We didn’t expect that the inside pool was only 3 ft , basically that inside pool is only for kids to enjoy . , or for the family, but for the people that don’t have kids and want to enjoy the inside pool they will be disappointed because is very small

girl on reception was nice but clearly working alone when hotel was busy with coach trips
tiny box room not suitable for a family that I paid for. Lift not big enough for a pram.
poor communication with head office in regards to getting refund to a room we had for less that 1/2 hour.

sea front, evening meals, staff friendly.
Appears in need of some areas updating. The first impression of the main entrance with broken tiles on the steps (which was coned off) didn’t give me a good impression. Neither did being advised by reception staff re £100 being logged on my card in case of damage. I understand this was on the booking information. I simply would not have booked the hotel had I known. The bedroom I had was nicely decorated and updated however the mattress was lumpy. I could feel all the springs in it. I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet to get a sleep.
