Lovely staff and very clean
Location not good for anyone with mobility issues
And unfortunately one of the 2 very small lifts broke and was out of action for 2 days had to walk through corridors and doors to the working lift that only fits 2 people for the whole hotel to use

Fab breakfast, close to tram, clean, staff very attentive. Parking onsite, swimming pool and jacuzzi were a bonus. Close to Blackpool and Cleveleys quieter end but walking distance of bars, restaurants etc
Swimming pool height was just over 3feet for a 6foot plus bloke was a slight struggle but did the job. Only negative

Breakfast was great, outdoor pool was only open on one of the days we were there, and it was not heated.
The pool outside was freezing; it was a hot day, so we didn't want to be in the indoor pool.

The breakfast was very good, the range of continental and cooked breakfast was excellent, also the waitresses on that morning, were very good.
Bedroom was clean, but furniture was very shabby, and damaged. Hot water took a long time, to come thru. No response from receptionist, when handing my keys in, got the impression she couldn't care less.

Location, rooms a little bit dated but still very nice
The tiny lift broke down and the stair case is very steep, so was difficult bringing down luggage

Upstairs ready for a bit of updating but all public areas were lovely. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was really good.
Entertainment was of a very high standard and most enjoyable and fun. Great location and just opposite a tram stop. Pay £5 and travel anywhere for a day.
It isn't really a dislike but the rooms need to be a bit more updated.
