My elderly mother finds it hard to step into a bath for a shower. The lift is too small for travellers with luggage.

Clean, staff friendly , good transport links . The rooms were nice and well equiped . I asked for a bath and got one.
The single bed mattress was too soft, felt like i was on a water bed. So didnt sleep well .. lots of noise from drunken reveller not adressed .

My kid cut his foot on the indoor pool and needed stitches, he also missed the football tournament we were there for. Hotel manager didn't offer the kid even a glass of pop, for not mentioning I should of been reimbursed and that indoor pool floor closed for being checked

I was happy with everything staff were so friendly hotel was very clean and entertainment and bingo made the stay even better along with the games room
We loved everything and will definitely be visiting again

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and when I needed assistance helped straight away.
Lovely pools and rooms
Shower didn't work
The corridors smelt
The lift is very small and the door closes very quickly hitting you.
The buffet breakfast wasn't great for kids.
Otherwise lovely location and great prices
The room was very warm and if had air con would be better but can't be helped

The entertainment was good for the children and the pools were great
The lift was no good at all couldn't fit the pram in so had to climb 4 floors with the pram really not ideal

Fantastic break here, the customer service from the staff was excellent a special mention must be given to Louise and the restaurant team who went above and beyond to ensure all our dietary requests were met.Our room was clean,airy and spacious, the facilities were good the children enjoyed the pools, the children's entertainment was excellent.

Comfortable bar area with great view. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Some areas in need of upgrade but this appeared to be ongoing.
Lift to the south end of the property was faulty. My elderly parents got stuck in the lift for an hour during our stay.
The staff and manager did however react quickly to give them assurance and get an engineer out asap.

Room was lovely,Never used indoor pool,bar food was lovely,
Had early check in at 1,Bedding on floor outside each door,Sorry but very strong smell of urine on all floors ,Lift was continually out of order,Inside pool rather dark,,and couldn't find outside pool till a nice member of staff informed us it was over the road outside hotel,,had a look and was like a private party,For some reason on the photos i thought it was connected to the hotel ,,Also checkin desk asked for £100 damage deposit,as well as payment 320 for room,must of missed that on booking,,Breakfast table way to small for 4 people,2nd morning a lovely member of staff let us have a booth which had much more space
