Very Poor
Leaving it!
This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. Please please DO NOT stay here!!!!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. The reception staff were miserable, unwelcoming and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, they take your car keys from you until checkout because the car park is so small that staff move guests’ cars around whenever they want. I have never experienced anything like that before.
The corridors were dark, felt like a dungeon, smelt strongly of cigarettes and the creaky floorboards made it feel as though you were going to fall through the floor walking to your room.
The room itself was dirty, dated and looked like an old smoker’s room from the 1970s. It was nothing like the photos advertised online. Even the TV in the room didn’t work.
The leisure facilities were by far the worst part. The sauna was filthy, smelt of mould, had visible mould growing inside and on the doors, and there were smashed tiles everywhere. The outdoor pool was unbelievable. To get to it, you have to walk outside in your swimwear and cross a small road from the indoor pool. The showers are right next to the door leading outside, which is left open, meaning anyone walking past could potentially see straight in.
The indoor pool itself was in a shocking condition. It was cracked, damaged and the water was green. Guests were allowed to take alcohol into the pool area, leaving cups and drinks scattered everywhere, with some drinks even spilled into the pool.
Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained and nothing like the photos. This was genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I would rather sleep on the street than stay here again, I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a nice hotel , the food was very good ,breakfast and evening meal, the waiting staff were very good and attentive the hotel has good facilities and at the quiet end of blackpool .
We decided to pay quite a bit more for a suite , the room was large and very clean . Unfortunately whoever was in the room above us were very noisy especially throughout the night both nights it seemed as if they didn't sleep at all (very strange ) so the only criticism I have got is the soundproofing in the room , it did spoil our stay , we were in the doric suite which in itself is a nice very large room .

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness of room and hotel, facilities and entertainment in the evening. Bar meals and breakfast next morning. £5 daily tram/bus ticket could hop on and off and tram stop right opposite hotel. Didn't get chance to use the pool but looked lovely both inside and outside especially on a sunny day
There was nothing I didn't like even stored our overnight bags before check in on arrival and after check out so we could spend rest of day exploring. Took tram to Cleveleys which was lovely amongst the cafe bars and their promenade very clean.

Good
Spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub
Staff weren't very helpful. Two were unsure where the pool area was? Thought this was a bit ridiculous considering that they work there and weren't helpful in directing me who would know
