Perfect location didn’t hear noise from other guests ask to use pool table in lounge when got in later evening and was no problem we was left to it nice size fridge in room too so after hot days the drinks we left were nice and cold

Paula was really friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious! Great value for money.

Superb B&B and a lovely lady who runs it. Excellent location so close to Blackpool Tower. Breakfast was 10/10 cooked to perfection. Thanks so much for looking after me and my little lad, we had a wonderful weekend!
