Friendly welcome on arrival, small but comfortable rooms in a great place local to everything.
A little confusion over breakfast, went down but told we had to pre-book which we weren’t aware of. Plenty of places around to get a breakfast though.
Upon leaving (to get breakfast and check out) we didn’t know what to do with keys, I rang the bell to the dining room but no-one came, looking through the door to get someone’s attention we heard someone say “why are they looking through the door again, why don’t they knock” so a system of where to drop keys on check out would be good.

Not that didn't like, was we were used to larger rooms for family rooms and my long legs were hitting the sink from the toilet.

Warm welcome on arrival from Paula. Location is ideal and so close to the tower, and in a quiet street.
Bar was closed whwn we stayed but wasn't a great issue as we were exhausted and ready for bed both nights!

Good location.
The lock on the door was broken. The trash hadn't been taken out. I ordered breakfast on the day of arrival. On Sunday morning, there was no breakfast for me. I should have reported it the day before. I did. I ate breakfast in town.

Do not eat breakfast. Had tea in morning in room. Could not get Wi-Fi on top floor. I went with my son and 18 year old granddaughter. My son had great Wi-Fi but granddaughter and I did not.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Craimar, the location is perfect, in the centre of Blackpool, ideal for everything, transport, theatres, restaurants etc. The hospitality was good and the breakfast was perfect. I only hope that I am able to visit again. Thank you for everything Paula.
