A fantastic stay, thank you to Paula who was great from check-in to check-out. Communication was excellent, room was comfy and clean. The location is unbeatable! The breakfast is lovely, I recommend a stay.

Paula was a very kind, friendly, and courteous host. The beds were comfy, cleanliness was good, and the bathroom was well equipped. Location was good (close to the beach) - we parked around a 10 minute walk away. We didn't have breakfast during our stay so can't comment on that, but it was offered to us if we wanted it.
There was a bit of noise in the evening from other guests/the street outside but it was quite easy to tolerate and didn't really cause us any issues. Our room had a double and single bed and was fairly small, which was fine for a couple of nights for two adults, but could feel a bit cramped if we were staying longer or had a party of more than two.

Room was very clean, spacious with attention to detail ie a hot/cold fan, air freshener tea/coffee facilities. It's also in a great location just a short walk to the beach and blackpool tower and run by a warm and welcoming family.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovley host Paula who swiftly checked us in hotel is in a perfect location for the town center tower ect . Hotel is clean enough bed was really uncomfortable but other than that it was fairly decent stay

We had a fabulous first little trip away as a family of 3 for New Year's Eve.. Hotel was lovely... Beds so comfortable.. Room was so clean and just everything about the place was so nice...and Paula was fabulous... Especially Sonny.Amazing host..All of the guests who where there when we was where so lovely too...Thank you so much.. We will definitely be back...

Location was very good
The bathroom was disappointing. The size was very small. The shower didn't work properly. It ran hot and cold all the time, the water pressure wasn't strong enough and the water tray didn't drain. The owner told me to plunge it! That's pretty yucky. If it's a recurring problem then fix it, don't ask guests to plunge it; god knows what would come up.
They didn't serve breakfast either night. As a B&B, I'd have hoped this would've been highlighted before we arrived, rather than the first email we received on booking was that breakfast would be 7, not 5 with no warning that there wouldn't be breakfast. (also just change the listing. 7 isn't going to scare anyone off)
