The property was lovely and clean and modern
There wasn’t any facilities for example the bar was closed and the pool table was out use aprr from that everything else was great

Location.
Room was comfortable
No working elevator - with mobility issues was a very big issue.
Floor boards you thought you were going to fall through.
Bar closed early and not open on a Sunday.
Bins in the garden were overflowing when we arrived on Friday and were still the same when we left.
Couldn't open the blinds for the seaview, had to physically lift it from the bottom.
There was a homeless man going around picking up the rubbish in the grounds and even he said it was disgusting.
All these issues can be easily fixed.

Great location right on the seafront our bedroom was very modern very clean and tidy great bathroom and shower
They do take a small deposit from you, but that is a reassurance to keep the standards of the rooms high so no damage is occurred
The outside of the property could do with a bit of maintenance and updating, but once you are in your room, it is fantastic

Rude receptionist basically said there was nothing that she could do there was another room available but said there wasn’t it was available on booking. Com then disappeared then made a miraculous return after we checked out 2 days early as the room wasn’t great broken tv only 1 plug wiring there did bring a extension but still couldn’t watch broken tv no plug in sink couldn’t have a wash as told to
Use shower but just had bath but just wanted a wash when I first got up I understand there’s problems but to basically so there’s nothing there can do and shrug shoulders is bad customer service

The location. Nice sized room. Clean room
The double bed wasn’t comfortable. And my child’s single bed was even worse. Wobbly table and radiator in bathroom didn’t work. Although the room was clean the rest of the hotel and outside was a mess.
