The view was lovely.
There was stains all over the bedding. There was holes in the wood at the bottom of the door. And a hole size big enough to fit a rat in, in the corner of the room near the window. And that it was a shared bathroom.

Nothing
Mr partner truly believed I was joking when we arrived. Don't believe the pictures, I wouldn't keep homeless people there. Oh and bet you anything the plastic bag of rubbish is still by the front door. Just look to your right. The staff- well they walk past it every day so that illustrates there attitude...
Oh and make sure you have £60 cash on hand cos they take it off you and won't refund it till a room inspection. The hotel by the way is shit... it's like your grannies in the 1940s. If your on the 3rd floor, I hope you've practiced on everest because the lift doesn't work.
Don't ever forget to lock your door cos then any old person can just wander into your room... so if you survive the journey to your room... lock the door and stay there. It will be hard at first because there's a 200dB 'Tiki Bar' on the front outside reception... the actually bar and restaurant promised don't actually do food or drinks... or open...
We were lucky, I paid extra for a premium room. The joke. The bathroom... bath; no plug. Shower, no holder or shower curtain. Must be a wet room I hear you say... - nope there's no drain. I suppose you'd have to use the towels which would cost you £20 from your deposit. This poor girl in front of me had the audacity to actually sleep in her bed and was wearing fake tan. Now it's washable, and I'd hope (but tbh could promise) they wash the bed sheets every time someone new stayed. But no... that's £20 extra. Oh as is staying more than 3 days cos they charge you for that. On the bright side... on the lovely price list next to the smily receptionist, says you can have the bathroom fittings for £30 so leave the beds and take the bathrooms!
On a last note... this hotel is literally that travel women from little Britain saying computer says no, and basil fawltey.

Didn’t book so don’t know
It was good just if they had a communal kitchen area for customers to use for children essentials to make it more family friendly, it would be really helpful.

Great location, staff friendly. Boiler broke on our last day but they provided an alternative hotel with no fuss!!
Stated they had a bar which was true, however we arrived on bank holiday Sunday and the bar was shut at 8pm and we were asked to leave. Wasn’t open for the rest of our 4-night stay.
