60 cash took for damage when I arrived. The room isn't even worth the 70 I paid never mind and extra 60. The bar isn't open. There's no garden . It stinks in there. The staff are rude and don't answer the phone. No heating. Beds uncomfortable. Heroin addicts hang around outside making me feel very unsafe . People partying til 3am so I didn't sleep my kids were scared while staying there . It's awful nothing like photos it needs closing down

Location was perfect
I was not satisfied with my stay. Upon check-in, the pillowcases and sheets were dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel. I also had to pay a cash deposit for the key and TV remote, and while it was refunded after they inspected my room, the process felt inconvenient and unwelcoming. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unnecessary deposit policy made my stay uncomfortable

The property was lovely and clean and modern

We had to pay a deposit for each room, the decor was dated, there was a bad smell through out and there were homeless people sleeping in the garden

Room was comfortable
No working elevator - with mobility issues was a very big issue.
Floor boards you thought you were going to fall through.
Bar closed early and not open on a Sunday.
Bins in the garden were overflowing when we arrived on Friday and were still the same when we left.
Couldn't open the blinds for the seaview, had to physically lift it from the bottom.
There was a homeless man going around picking up the rubbish in the grounds and even he said it was disgusting.
All these issues can be easily fixed.

Great location right on the seafront our bedroom was very modern very clean and tidy great bathroom and shower
They do take a small deposit from you, but that is a reassurance to keep the standards of the rooms high so no damage is occurred
The outside of the property could do with a bit of maintenance and updating, but once you are in your room, it is fantastic
