Perfect location good sized room and value for money
Bedding had a hole in the sheet, marks on bedding, receptionist wouldn’t allow us to check in 30 minutes early obviously not his fault and water leak downstairs so couldn’t use the facilities either

Broken bed dirty room no lock on bathroom broken blind we leave in midnight bed was broken we can't sleep on bed my wife disabled when I tell to reception guy they blame us you people broke bed they took £60 advance if anything broken they keep our £60 it's them trick coz every thing broken thare all ready blackpool hotel shit

We had the best beach and pier view from our family room. The size of the rooms was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean rooms and private shower/bathroom.
Staff were very friendly. Great price and situated right on the main strip of blackpool. Highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again

Its was the perfect distance to the pleasure beach.
The bed was very comfortable.
It was good value for money.
The deposit system slows down checking in and out.
The rooms were nice but not quite finished.
The water pressure for the showers were rubbish.

Soft beds in the correct part of blackpool
The list of fines was scary and the deposit in cash threw us out abit as we don't normally have much cash on us, but I think it's a good idea because the last hotel we stopped at took 2 weeks to return our deposit

Clean beds
Noise levels on the evening through the night! Loud in the halls with other customers coming in late. Can hear every single noise. Walls are very thin, vibrations from doors closing and people walking up and down the halls. Lack of staff, but of a pain waiting for the room to be checked before check out with only one member of staff and lots of people waiting

location is good if wish to visit south shore/ pleasure beach/ south pier
YOU WILL BE CONNED AT THIS HOTEL. Staff WILL find ANY REASON NOT TO GIVE YOU £60 CASH DEPOSIT BACK. ALLEDGED DAMAGES AT CHECKOUT. Went room only, on arrival room was not very clean, no working lift to get to rooms on first and second floor (so for older/ disabled guests this hotel would not be suitable). sink wouldn’t drain. Staff very rude, particularly the woman at the front desk. Hotel clearly needs upgrades. There is no inside bar and the outside Bar is not open in the evening, Wouldn’t stay here again. Health inspector really needs to take a look at this hotel.
