I like the proximity to places of interest
I wasn’t aware the hotel was closing the day we departed for a full refurb. There was no bar, food or even an option to buy a bottle of water in the hotel. It’s clearly in need of a good revamp as my foot went through the floorboard on the landing a few times
That said, the room was clean and spacious and what appeared to be a brand new and very clean bathroom . no faults on the room itself

Stayed twice before so knew what to expect, rooms are always clean and tidy
My only well not problem but the room was a bit cold as heating didint seem to be on, they seemed luke warm now and again but not enough to heat the room , also there might be gaps in the windows as the noise of the wind one night was really bad

The atmosphere was great with the music and the outside bar
The room was cold didn't understand why we had to pay £60 for damage costs when it could of been lower the room was small and cold

Location was brilliant and room was perfect as it was 2 rooms which works well modern and clean
Not the most family friendly if you have young kids because it’s connected to the tiki bar so quite lively

The property was closed so why put in on booking.com and it was 157 and they cancelled on day arrival and put us in cheaper hotel but did not receive rerun disgusting
Nothing as it was closed and cancelled before we arrived and we payed 157 and got put in a dump for 2 nights and it was only 80 pound for 2 night never got refund joke disgusting

Twice I have been here now with my little girls ... we love it. The location is amazing , prices are great, staff are friendly (especially the bar girls ❤️) and the rooms are spacious and cleanly

I didn’t like anything to be honest no water shower didnt work and the room they charged 70 pounds etc and the room was tatty and people arguing fighting other rooms even police were called at the hotel

Rooms very nice and clean, location was great
Only thing I'd say is the communication, decided to add extra day and when requested a change on the app no one got back to us, which meant we waited, rang several times no answer and then the price went up, so should have booked straight away, just thought it would be easier through them, also asked about carpark got answer straight away that some spaces are temporarily available, but to call prior arrival to confirm whether we can park there or not, but no one answering ??♀️ when I asked about it, lady at the reception looked at me like she's just seen a ghost ??♀️
I know it says no parking, but if they tell you they made space to accommodate 6 cars and then it's like they never said it, it's a bit yeah, disappointing
But other than that great place, close to beach and other fun places
