Wonderful
Our room was very spacious.
The first impression of the outside of the building was disappointing but inside it was modern.
The bar area and lounge are funky and I liked the decor.
The owners were friendly.
Breakfast was great.
Short window for breakfast. We missed our first day due to miscommunication.
Our friends room was not as big and they had very little space either side.

Location was good ,there was parking , a fridge in the room .
The shower sealant was moldy , bathroom smelt moldy . TV areal kept falling of the wall so couldn't watch any channels without getting up and moving the areal . Not sure if was a king size bed, room was small ,when window was open and breezy ceiling tiles would move . Breakfast finished at 9am ,very early especially for the weekend .In order to plug the kettle in had to unplug the TV . Definitely not 4 star.

The hotel was so clean ! You couldn't fault the cleanliness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Didn't have breakfast so I couldn't tell you about that.
However the fact we was room 12. This wasn't one flight of stairs. I counted 8 flights of stairs and that didn't include getting in. We are people who regularly exercise but I can say we was blowing chunks by the time we got to our room. It was a case of get what you need as when we are back we aren't leaving again till morning.
The bar was lovely but very disappointed that it didn't open at night. Saturday it was awful weather but we didn't have the option of a drink in the bar instead of going out. Please note this wasn't late around 7.30pm.
Hotel staff seemed okay bit not very chatty.
Quiet peaceful but not much happening. As they say on the label bed and breakfast.
I would recommend not putting the heating on when your top floor and it's 21 outside. Very uncomfortable but we stayed in our room with fan on and window open to let it air. Found the regulator for radiator and switched off.
For the price brilliant. For a one nigbt stay unless you regularly like hiking up mountains possibly not longer. The lack of lift made it hard work.
If you want a hotel with bar options and food again this isn't for you.
Location great on main tram you can walk to central pier in around 10 minutes.

Second time we’ve stopped here and just as good as the first time, lovely location just far enough away from the north pier and the nightlife but not too far that you can’t walk into town. There’s also a tram stop just outside, to make life even more easier. Will definitely use again

Hotel is lovely and on seafront. Friendly host.Close to the tower. Room clean, spacious and very quiet. No outside noise at all. Bed was so comfy. Great value. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We loved how friendly and welcoming it was. It was really well presented very clean. Plenty in the room, tea, coffee, little biscuits, all the toiletries too and the dressing robes. It was honestly such a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend.
