Rooms were definitely not as described.
Clean but no iron, fan or coffee machine. Only a kettle.
Fridge on floor and constantly banging toe on metal bed frame.
Bathroom tiny and very nasty build up of limescale.
Car park horrendous to get off after having to park almost touching building.
When requested breakfast for final day we were informed none available on a Monday even though requested as advised the day before.

Excellent location. Spotless throughout. Friendly helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Due to it being a small boutique hotel there’s limited space at breakfast so you’re given a 15 minute time slot to arrive. But can fully understand why it has to be this way. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel though. All items are fresh, hot and of a very good quality.

Great location, good for walking into centre if you want to clear the cobwebs or tram stop across the road. Sea view rooms are our choice. Host was very welcoming and helpful if anything needed answered!
Could do with a few more modern upgrades, tv in room, toilet area. ( tv are in rooms already just not the newest). Scuffs on walls and wooden finishing round window.

What's not to like! Great location to either walk a short distance to The Tower or hop on a tram for a couple of stops. Parking out front, cheaper cost than others! Cooked breakfast
