it was advertised as free toiletries but there was only hand soap fixed to the wall and a tiny moisturiser which wasnt much help in the shower

Best scambled eggs ive had for a long long time. Great selection for breakfast. Room clean and tidy, nice big bed, very comfortable. Very friendly staff, most hlepful and had a good chat. Plernty of coffee, tea and milk in room and hot chocolate a bonus. In prime spot.

On immediate arrival staff were welcoming and helpful by directing us to best place to park. I was staying with my little girl as my partner and boy were at hotel next door with a football tournament. We immediately felt safe and reassured as the hotel has good security with ring doorbell and key fob for front door and only guests allowed in hotel.
The room was clean, modern, spacious and fresh with some lovely facilities like a fridge, fan, rail for clothes and fresh towels. The LED lighting was a bit bright for me but that's just a personal preference, however I can see how they matched the lovely modern decor. We got a lovely sea view room and the view was lovely.
The hotel bar looked amazing and we wish we could've spent more time in there as the gin collection looked impressive and was furnished with really trendy furniture and lights, with lovely bifolding doors at the front for hot days and a nice sea breeze ...unfortunately we spent most of our time with the rest of the football team out of the hotel during our stay.
Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Was hot to eat and nice to pick what you wanted on your plate. I had a full English with toast and my daughter had cereal and some berries. Only thing I missed was a hash brown
The decor throughout was modern and overall we have loved our stay here.
We will definitely come back again as it's the nicest hotel I've stayed in in Blackpool x

The location, near to the Blackpool Tower and a stones throw from the sea
No shower gel or shampoo. There was conditioner so I think they just forgot to put out the shower gel and shampoo.

A very clean, well presented characterful property with fresh and colourful decor and in a good location. Its great being on the sea front, yet its just outside of the main strip to be nice and peaceful but still close enough to walk into town easily. The owners were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a full English on offer plus lots of cereals, pastries, fruit, juices etc.
No fault here, just something to be aware of and thats the parking. A very reasonable 5 a day parking to use one of the properties parking spots right outside, however access is very, very tight and you will mostly likely get blocked in by other guests at times. There is an alternative open NCP car park just 5/10 yards away or you can find your own free parking on the street round the corner. The owners were very helpful in providing all this information upon our arrival.

Would not recommend high floor - number of flights of stairs to climb, struggled carrying luggage.

Lovely bar area and the owners/staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and nothing was too much trouble. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. The bed was a little firm for our liking but that wouldn't put us off coming back again.
The shower was a little weak and the mattress was too firm for our liking. There isn't a lift but the stair case is beautiful with seats on the landings.
