Disappointing
Location was good
We booked a king deluxe room.....
It only had a double bed, which was extremely hard and only a tiny space either side of the bed to get in and out, so room wasn't big enough to be advertised as a King.
It had only a very small window that was totally overlooked by next door, so had to keep the blind constantly shut and window closed due to noise, so got quite stuffy in there. Certainly not the 'city view' as described within the description...
Apart from check-in, didn't see any hotel staff.

Nice colour outside, my favourite, decor inside is absolutely gorgeous , chandelier, gorgeous wallpaper, beautiful sofas in bar area. Great breakfast
Bar was shut when we got back from town, and it wasn’t that late

Hot shower.
Range at breakfast was great.
Helpful friendly staff.
1 room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Cutlery & glasses were dirty at breakfast. Hair on pillowcase.

Given this because we paid for room we my sister got they had a problem with hotel and didn't get money back they seid they tried to no calls were received we had to spend money we didn't have for another hotel

It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The location was just right, just far enough out of town gor it to be nice and quiet at night but easy enough to walk into town.
Overall a very good stay.
The room was rather small, but it did state that on the website, so cant complain. It was clean and comfortable.

Loverly buffet breakfast. A nice room at the front overlooking the sea. You also have access to their sister hotel which has a games room and a well stocked bar. Tram and bus stops are nearby. Will certainly consider this hotel for another visit to Blackpool in the future.
Limited tight parking means that your vehicle might be trapped for your duration. If you intend to use your vehicle during your stay have a word with the host, they will try to be as accommodating as they can be. Failing that a public car park is a short walk away.

The property advertises parking which there was but no mention that there was a charge of £8 a day for the parking .. perhaps this should be stated on the advert as it’s a little misleading.

The cooked breakfast was fresh, hot, good quality produce. It was a perfect start to the day!
