The guys we met were both lovely and so accommodating! Breakfast was lovely with lots of options!
The Bromely is in a fabulous location as it was away from the hustle and bustle buttram stop is just across the road. The room was really spacious and can tell the guys have put their hearts and soul into the place. Absolutely spotless!
Felt very safe and comfortable that its a fob system to enter the building too
Beds werent very comfortable however I know you can't please everyone, couldn't move the shower head higher or lower but thats more personal preference

We had a really enjoyable stay. They accommodated us with a ground floor room, which had everything we needed. Their attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast was lovely and the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely go back.

Lovely place and great value with wonderful breakfast
Some fixtures and fittings needed some attention in the bedroom, I let the owner know so hopefully he will be on with it for the next guests.

Located just across the street from a tram stop so super convenient for getting around. Breakfast was superb and the owners have put loads of effort into the decor, which is just lovely. The best part for me was the beds, which were really comfortable!

Friendly hosts, good location to town centre, bars and winter gardens approximately 10mins walk. Rooms was clean, a good size and we had a good nights sleep no noise, and had comfy kingsize bed. Breakfast was buffet self service, we had a full English which was cooked perfect with quality ingredients. There was cereal, toast, pastries, juices, tea and coffee. Had a great stay and would definitely return.

Host was polite and friendly. Room was good size, beds comfortable and clean.
Room was very warm, there was a fan but perhaps could have done with another!.Maybe water available to buy or in rooms would be good idea.

I don’t normally review too much , however, I have to say this hotel was excellent in every way.
From welcome to leaving, breakfast was superb.
Unbeknown to us it was pride weekend so I suppose all places were a premium price so I don’t blame them and not a reflection.

The beds were comfortable the pillows were fluffy the room was extremely clean, exactly what we needed for 1 night. Would 100% stop here again.

Staff were so lovely. Thankfully let us check in early which was great! Slightly just out the way a tiny bit, but no issues as it’s right at a tram stop :)

I loved the location only 5 minute walk to town and North PIer nice comfortable room with added extras of a robe car parking but there is a charge lovely breakfast/day room spotlessly clean
The only negative i would say is size of plates for breakfast only small plates available and not enough hot food for breakfast only 4 items sausage bacon scrambled egg and tomatoes no beans choice of eggs or hash browns black pudding etc
