Very clean. Lovely rooms and nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a very quiet location. Would definitely stay again
Parking is a bit expensive but I understand that it's difficult to park in Blackpool. At least it is a safe and secure car park.

Nice clean room, bathroom had a bath which you don't find very often
My room backed onto the roller coaster, I couldn't understand why they had to have it constantly going round empty early Saturday morning. I know that's nothing to do with the hotel

Good location to the theme park
Unable to have coffee in bar area as a staff member said they were busy in the restaurant and could not make coffee this was at 17:30 . But we’re able to make cocktails at the same time. Also overheard a member of staff say the bar food was not available as well . As a big hotel they should be able to serve anything anytime.

This hotel is not disabled friendly if you need to use a mobility scooter as they will not let you use it even if you have a dry cell battery not a lithium!, overall hotel was great just a shame about it not being scooter friendly

The hotel was very clean and the food at both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The deluxe double room was very large with great views across the Pleasure Beach.

Was in a great location to were we needed was pieseful and the staff was polite
Would of been nice to have two spoons to make brews with as we both drink diffrent things would be good to know how to swap the shower to the bath as its not clear how to do it .
Not being able to get the Easy Pass at reception (despite being eligible) which makes the hotel entrance useless for disabled guests as you have to go near to the main entrance to then queue at Guest Services which could take anywhere from 40 minutes upwards out of the day (disability dependent and the length of the queue at Guest Services).
There were also not enough cups at breakfast despite it being being busy and multiple people asking to be told that no more were being brought out as they were awaiting washing and would not be washed until later in the day.and the fire in the room was not working.
