How close it was the amenities
The fact that we was given a room upgrade which made absolutely no sense. As a young people we were upgraded to a family suite which had bunk beds and play stations that you had to pay to use. Given we were not a family, the ‘upgrade’ appeared pointless to us. I would have rather had the room that we actually paid for given the upgrade was absolutely no benefit to us.

Some staff acted like they were doing you a favour. Beds very uncomfortable. Cleanliness in bathroom and dining room lacking. Poor breakfast.

The staff here were absolutely lovely. There was some very noisy guests which they had to deal but we found them very professional and helpful. Also loved our park view room! It was amazing
