Evening meals were very good. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was OK, all self-service but rather limited choice and warmth of the 'hot' food.
We booked a wheelchair accessible double room, and were 'upgraded' to a suite. This was OK but was situated a long way from the hotel entrance, a long wheelchair journey from reception, and two floors up in a lift. A room closer to the hotel entrance would have been much more convenient. The suite had a large and accessible bathroom but the toilet was separately situated and not easily accessible by wheelchair !

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful.
Could do with updating, previously stayed over 8 years ago and nothing has been updated or changed since. Rooms could do with a refresh, playstation 3 in the children's room did not work and very outdated for the price paid.

Lovely clean hotel. Right near pleasure beach and on the front close to train and tram. Really good size rooms, spacious and welcoming. Friendly staff and central location.
It was rather pricey, but expected with a festival on. The rooms were great size, parking at 20 per night is a little on the steep side and the beds could be a bit softer.

Excellent service from the lady in reasturant lady with suit blazer on about 1800 hours can’t fault her at all
The food I orderd big blue bacon burger and fries and to be honest it was one the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my experience cheap and nasty felt like A cheap £2 burger from Iceland my fiancés meal was amazing

Room was spacious and clean. Had all the essentials we needed. Comfortable beds.
Room provided had a gaming console however it did not have any games so couldn’t be used. Parking was expensive.
