This is a really lovely hotel.
The staff are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless. Bed was one of the comfiest we have slept on. If I had a big enough bag I might have take it home!!!
Shower was great. Had a fantastic view of the rides, which I loved.
Food in the restaurant was good. A little overpriced for the Al a Carte but they had a deal on which just didnt have anything appropriate for us.
Tram stop 2 mins walk away.
We will definitely be back.

I have been several times to the hotel. I found it very comfortable the restaurants is very nice. The food is very good and the staff very helpful and polite.
I was a little disappointed with our role this year maybe that is because I booked a disabled room due to my friend having a foot operation
I had to call the reception team in as a shower room smelt of urine they promptly came and cleaned the bathroom which didn’t make it smell a little better
However, every time we came in the room smelt feisty, maybe like a sewage smell
To be honest, we was offered an alternate room which I went to look at with one of the reception Team and it wasn’t much better. The smell of urine was in there too

Very clean and well presented . Good location
Due to heavy rainfall our top floor room leaked through a ceiling light quite substantially which meant that we had to change room at 21:30 with 2 children. Some of our luggage was soaked. We were lucky they had another room but felt disappointed that no remuneration was offered for the inconvenience and wet luggage

I had emailed the property prior to arriving explaining my son had autism and requested a room that could see rollercoaster. The room was amazing and we saw most rollercoasters
