Disappointing
The bedroom was well laid out.
The restaurant staff were unpleasant one young girl in particular. She was very rude to multiple family’s waiting in the breakfast queue. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. She told me I hadn’t payed for breakfast which I did and had no problem with this through the whole week being there apart from the times she was there. She spilt water on seats at our table and was asked to wipe it which she done with attitude and this resulted in us asking for her cloth to do ourselves. She then went to the table beside us and threw cutlery down hard making a loud bang and startling my 2 under two year old children.

The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable bed. It was nice and clean and staff couldn’t be helpful.
Can’t say anything about the property, but a little disappointed to find out it cost more to pay for parking on site through 03rd party.

Room was poor sweet wrappers down the side of the bed, PlayStation smashed and un usable.
Food was an hour wait went back to be told ut would be another hour before we could even get a table.

the doors in room that opened with a view of the coasters,i like fresh air and slept with them open,the fridge(my chocolate half melted in the car) popped it in ,generally comfortable room,chairs,good selection of teas,coffee,etc,bathroom great selection of toiletries,kids enjoyed the family room and wanted to take the bunk beds home!...no complaints,breakfast especially good,quality ingredients and plenty to choose from(i prefer the buffet style they offer)...would definetly stay again!
bed was a little hard for me,didn;t bother my partner though,so just my preference really

We booked room only but was so impressed with the hotel, staff and flexibility of booking that we had pretty much all meals at the hotel. So impressed with interactions, and the ease and quality of everything, including entry into the Pleasure Beach. Absolutely amazing - completely recommended.

We arrived at 8.30pm and paid £20 for parking - which should last 24 hrs. However the 24hrs is from midday only….how is this possible or fair? A complete rip off and spoilt our stay.

Pleasant
Location is perfect for the pleasure beach and a 2 mile walk down to the tower.
Parking was £10 per night and breakfast was £18 per person per night. Which I thought was a bit steep.
Rooms were quite noisy with children running and screaming down the corridor first thing in the morning!

The breakfast was good. Stuart the manager was the only decent member of staff we encountered.
Poor welcoming from staff, hotel is generally grubby. There was phlegm that someone had left in the lift. Bits of rubbish in the corridors.
For £175 per night I expected this place to meet at least the minimum expectations of a 4 star hotel.
We were woken up in the night by screaming children running from one room to another slamming doors and running the corridors. When we called to complain they had already been made aware and the night manager was on his way to address the situation.
We heard the conversation between the night manager and one of the children’s mother. It was a pathetic attempt to address the issue on behalf of the night manager.
The families clearly did not listen to him as the very loud noise continued. I had to speak to them myself.
Unfortunately there are just some people who are so selfish and ignorant it isn’t worth engaging with their only brain cell!
Unfortunately this place seems to attract people who think it’s acceptable to do the weekly shop in their PJ’s.
I’m no snob but at that price point I would expect a certain level of class, you will not find that here!

Very welcoming hotel. Our 4th stay here and absolutely no complaints yet again.
It would be nice to be offered an extra incentive for frequent/ repeat guests - ie discount/ room upgrade/ free breakfast something along those lines.

The family room was absolutely amazing , perfect family hotel , games on the wall, 2 tvs in kids room and PlayStation kept them busy. Also the air conditioning in the room was Perfect
