The location was great and the rooms were great. Breakfast was standard and able to help yourself. The staff were great as originally given a room where the bunk bed were too small but given a new room change no issues
There was lot of noise from the room above until around 11pm which was a bit annoying when needed to be up early.

Spacious rooms, fully stocked with towels, tea, coffee etc
Everywhere was clean & the store room for suitcases was secure and couldn’t be accessed without staff so I felt confident leaving items.
I didn’t like how you could hear the doors slamming or how there was no noise management of a night time as people kept opening and closing the doors, shouting outside etc

The man on reception on arrival was throughly helpful and very professional. He got us off to a great start with his wonderful customer service.
There was a group of children allowed to play outside the front entrance loudly until at least midnight. I am sure I am not the only guest that was disturbed by this. Someone should have stopped them.

The hotel had a safe feel about it, the staff were very warm and welcoming from the moment that we got there. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the food, particularly our son, who is a picky eater. Our son loved the room because right outside the window was the rollercoaster which he enjoyed looking at. He slept well in his bed for most of the night. At the restaurant, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our son rated it a 9.5 out of 10
The hotel room was too hot at night time but it was too noisy to have the air conditioning on so we turned it off for bed but at 3 am I woke up really warm so turned it on, this woke up our son who has previously been sleeping well.
The game console didn't work which was a shame as this is one of the reasons that we had picked this style room. However, one of the staff did come up to check it for us and they did offer to accommodate us in a different room but we were happy to stay in our room, our son said that it didn't matter too much to him so it's only a minor dislike, I think if we had been staying more than one night then we would have been more disappointed. The man who came to check it was very helpful and apologetic and he did explain that the last guests must have disconnected the back of the playstation so it wasn't their fault however I think it would be helpful if they checked that they were working before families stay in the room.

I like this hotel and have stayed on several occasions, has all the basics covered, and buffet style breakfast is always nice when your on a break
I feel like £20 a night for parking is a lot considering what is already spent on the rooms, also the room we stayed in made quite a whistle from the window frame as it was windy outside, not ideal. But wasn’t worth the fuss of trying to change room in the middle of the night when i had my son with me also.

This hotel is awesome! We stayed here for our visit to Blackpool pleasure beach. The staff were great and allowed us to check in early at 12pm which and we were able to use the carpark for £20. They also gave us a free room upgrade which had a view of the park. This is my second time staying here and we will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.

One of our highlights of going to big blue is the buffet breakfast which wasn't on it was a set one which was not worth £30 for me and grandchildren I can go to brewers fare unlimited breakfast with more items on display for £10 kids free. I feel breakfast should be free for children at big blue after all £130 for 1 night is quite enough I live here but we are having the whole house renovated and the kids bedroom wasn't ready like a building site so I thought I'd treat them they love it there we all do I had my wedding reception there a few yrs ago beautiful hotel only a little expensive now

Being charged £13 for a Double Malibu & coke yet it was only £6.10 for a single and coke . I should have ordered 2 singles and coke it’s cheaper!!!
Was charged £20 to park in your car park but when we rang we was tile ut was only £10
