I didn’t like that you couldn’t bring food back to the room this should of been noted on the booking page as we didn’t eat one night as we got back to the room and then saw sign on back of door which was disappointing

Absolutely brilliant place to stay at . The hosts are the friendliest people you could wish for.
The breakfast is really good and has the best fried bread in the North West in my opinion.

The host made it and the hotel was so close to the sea front and with the trams at the end of the road and with only six pound for a day pass on it ,the hotel was well placed.You has easy access to come and go as you want and there was someone on hand if you had a problem.The heating was warm as you came in and you felt the difference between outside and inside.The cleaning was a very good standard and the owners showed their pride in their bed and breakfast.
The bed could have been bigger as some night I woke up and my feet were over the bed.The cereal could be branded which in taste test do taste better.The sausage and bacon could also be a better quality.I know this is my personal taste but when the hotel is this good by having items that don’t live up to the rest of the experience they are the things that you do remember and the toast could have been warmer .When you have a shower as with restrictions of the en-suite,I did find by the time you applied shampoo etc the shower would have washed it away.

Lisa and Andy were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Very friendly host. Breakfast was really good. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Wifi was fast and tv was clear. Bathroom and shower were clean and modern.
