Super comfortable beds, lovely clean room and a fantastic shower. Heather was lovely and let us into our room early as it was ready when we arrived. Breakfast was really good, the porridge was amazing ?
I left my watch in the room and Heather was kind enough to post it out to me. Would definitely stay here again if we're back down in Blackpool
Parking can be a bit of an issue depending on when you arrive so you may not get parked outside then property. Was a little hit out from central Blackpool but a tram stop at the bottom of the road meant it was easy to get into town and back

The breakfast was wonderful, super hot and tasty and tinned tomatoes and fried slice yum, the room was spotless as was the whole premises and quiet, bed was very comfortable. Heather was a wonderful attentive host checking if we required extra of toast and coffee etc at breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others.

We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time and were warmly welcomed by Heather. Our room was ready so we checked in, and Heather explained that we were to pre-order the breakfast by 8pm that day. The room was perfect. It was spotless and toasty warm. We had a great sleep on the super comfortable bed and plump pillows. The shower was excellent with a fine mist and felt like a massage. A lovely way to wake up. The breakfast was excellent, top quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and served prompt and hot. Wifi also great. We highly recommend this B&B. At £78 for the two of us including breakfast it is excellent value.
