Great Breakfast and great hosts
Room smelt of weed all the time especially as I was walking into the room. The room was dated especially the bathroom found a false eyelash stuck to the remote control and not convinced the rooms are cleaned properly.

Breakfast and the seating were all excellent rooms generally clean .
One of the rooms had bedbugs and the guest in there has bites all over his back and head. We booked 5 rooms that was the only 1 affected and the rest of the party had no issues

Nothing we checked out before we stayed and booked somewhere else
The property was very much run down and very dirty. The reception area looked like it was part of the hosts living area. The bar was closed and full of baskets full laundry. The hotel from outside looked as if it was closed down. The carpet in our room was covered in Stains and black with dirt. Our friends room window didnt close and after attention still didnt close and the hotel was freezing cold. We left the hotel after a couple of hours
