The location is perfect and the beach is right across the road,the beds were really comfy and we have a lovely balcony room with a sea view,the staff were lovely and polite,I would definitely stay again

Very pleasant check in by Ann. Location good.
Ann informed us that the room we had booked was unavailable due to the last guests had ripped the bathroom door off. This was not her fault & i said so. Unfortunately the building is very tired as was the room P1. The small bathroom had lots of holes in the black walls. There was no loo roll holder. There is paint on the wooden floor of the room. The doors out to the balcony let air in & the sound of the wind. There was another window (non opening) & this had no curtains which let in the light in the mornings. For £90 per night room only we did expect a bit more but you live & learn.

Disappointing
The location and view.
No towel's or soap but were supplied when we asked. But then we realised there was one tea bag left and no coffee or sugar or stirrers. The shower wasn't very clean and had big black hairs in it. The shower in general didn't work very well, it just had a pitiful drip. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly. There was holes in the wall. The curtain pole kept falling off everytime opened the door to the balcony. The car park has now also been sold so you have to pay £14 to park there all day. Overall disappointed. We've stayed here a few times before whilst visiting family in Blackpool as it's also dog friendly but unlikely we will not go back after our last visit.
