Excellent breakfast.
The cereal table was next to a breakfast table, you had to ask the person was sitting at that table to move to get your cereal not really a good spot when you have to disturb someone having their breakfast.

Rooms were cozy, staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. kept in touch with our estimated time of arrival, ( we hit some traffic on route) Parking on site. Location was perfect in walking distance of town and attractions and sea front. Cheap price for a 1 night stay that was booked up the day before. Room was perfect for 1 adult and child we had a double bed. Rooms wasn't far apart from our friends room either.

Everything was great, fab location, beautiful room, great hostess
Dot was so friendly anything we needed she was there to help every gave my little boy a tails teddy as he loves sonic the hedgehog will definitely be booking again soon ????

breakfast was lovely staff friendly
loo was blocked so could not use room small bed near the wall which not ideal and the mattress was shocking just springs on one side

Rooms spotless. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Our host was very friendly and extremely helpful. She can't do enough for you. Our dog was also allowed in the dining room.
