I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The owner was especially warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can really feel that she cares about her guests and pays attention to the details. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! Agnieszka

Lovely room. Excellent hosts. Brilliant location. Great value for money. Loved the slippers as I always forget mine. Had everything we needed and Dot even made us breakfast to go.

3 days before the trip dot called me to ask what i would like to eat as she cooks what people want and not set menu which was great as im funny with fish From the moment we got there it was a warm welcome dot and chris are both lovely we felt at home there not a stuffy b&b at all the rooms are very pretty and super clean and they go the extra steps with toiletries etc for free and the fact I can bring my dog next time is amazing they are pet friendly however I didn't see any pet hair anywhere so well done guys for the low price we was expecting a run down mess but we was shocked how nice it really was
We could feel springs of the mattress but a mattress topper can fix that we still slept like babies

Amazing location, amazing owners with a warm welcome! Nothing was too much for them! Great value for money.
Overall was a good stay. Slightly dated but given the price we were happy with our stay.

I really loved my stay here. The owner made me feel so welcome ., The room was lovely and The bed was so comfortable ,i took my dog as well and she made the dog feel welcome to she as her own dogs and Can tell shes a dog lover. Will definetly be going to stay there again.

When we arrived the host Dot was super friendly.room was lovely and toasty warm.we made a unexpected trip to blackpool as a stop gap back up to Scotland as we got a new puppy(she loved Dot)place is doggy friendly which we loved.the bed was super comfy best night sleep had,duvet felt like a hug all night.fridge in room was great to keep drinks cold and a added bonus.honeslty couldn't find any faults,super clean,friendly and not far from main strip but enough away from the hustle bustle and noise. Definitely will be booking again if we find we are down in the area again. Keep doing what your doing Dot!! Was a pleasure to meet you. Xx
Didn't get to try the breakfast as had to leave early doors for travel lol. Stay wasn't long enough lol.

We got a lovely warm welcome from the owner. Our room was very lovely, big, clean and warm. There was everything that we needed. The location is also fabulous with plenty of shops, Cafés, restaurants, Tower, seafront and much more just a minute walk. Thank you very much and we hope to come back again one day.
There is nothing to dislike.
