It was clean but the facilities were there but didn't work properly
No one to great me.No hot water in the sink, the tap wouldn't turn on.The toilet wouldn't flush.the shower came apart.I tired opening the blinds.it fell off in my hand

nothing. sink maybe a bit bigger. but that's how they bought the hotel. so they can't change that. would stop again excellent.

The distance to the Blackpool tower.
Loved how accessible it was to park at the multistory then walk to the hotel.
There is nothing that I didn’t enjoy about the property.

The owner, he was very helpful. Helped with our luggage to room and he filled up our sugars in room. checked our heating was on
The room downstairs could do with a bar or condiments for customers to grab & go, and maybe a box to put some money in. The photos on website need updating. Needs brighting up aswell, very dark and gloomy compared to some hotels that have lights in windows etc. Needs outdoor chair/bench

Close to all attractions. Mum and daughter weekend away. Daughter really enjoyed it, didn't want to go home. Will be back.

Perfect location, clean room and bathroom, fridge, iron and ironing board supplied. Very helpful staff, have stayed before and will stay again
The pillows were on a lumpy side. Blackout curtains would help too

Central location for all our needs, very clean, sheets and bedding exceptionally clean crisp and white, lovely powerful shower, loved we had a mini fridge, staff very friendly but not interfering at all, we knew where they were if we needed them, would 100% stay here again
