Everything was perfect the owner was lovely made us feel welcome , room was perfect shower was in there beds were all comfy it was nice and warm , it's close too town center coral island etc , price was a bargain will deffo go back again

Very friendly manager, great customer service and very attentive to our needs. Booked a Double room and got a double bed & a single, both beds very comfortable. Shower was good when we worked out how to use it.
Overall, much better than I expect for the price I paid!
Payment was taken 4 days before arrival, but the booking was for "pay at venue". Booking dot com had the money for 3 days before I received an email saying it had been taken. Good thing though because the check in process was on paper and it didn't look as if the manager would have the facilities to take card payments.

Room only booking to attend a weekend event. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Location is good for shops etc.
Hotel has tired and dated decoration, but then it is a budget hotel in Blackpool. Bathroom could be cleaner.

I liked the communication and customer service. Hotels in Blackpool dont respond to emails. This one does. In a very timely fashion. The hotelier couldn't do enough for me, including walking me to the parking area. The parking was handy and cheep for Blackpool. I was put up in a different hotel, over the road called the Albany. For all the things i didnt like about the different room i was given, it was warm enough and i got a fairly good undisturbed sleep both nights. I got an early and later checkout. This was important to me and i was not charged any more money for this. Again this is unusual for hotels these days. Location was excellent. Exactly mid way between both events i was attending. For these reasons, i was overall fairly happy with my stay.
When i arrived at the hotel i was told i would be put up in a different hotel over the road from the one i was staying in. The hotelier may have told me why, or i wasn't listening to him properly. The room was substandard (in the pictures) to the room i should have been staying in the Sleep well hotel. I paid an extra fee to have a bigger room in the Sleep well hotel, but the room i got was a small double. I had small issues with room hygiene. Also the shower head that had to be held up by elastic bands. However the shower was warm. The room mirror wasn't good enough for makeup but brought my lighted mirror anyway. Despite these problems, i accepted the alternative hotel room because of the value, location & free early & late checkout.

Disappointing
The welcoming was great and the location.
The family room was dirty, the carpets needed a good clean, the windows were filthy and the curtains were just hanging on and also needed a good clean. Sadly the beds were uncomfortable and room was very dated. The room I booked was not the one in the pictures.

The property was in hygienic , the bedding wasn’t washed as it smelt of sweat . The property was cold and we was freezing all night .
The property was cold we were freezing . No proper heating . We had to use two duvets all nite .
