It was clean and tidy staff nice and the breakfast was lovely
The single beds wasn't very comfy and been on second floor wasn't very good for myself and my friend have bad hips and I banged my head on the sloped ceiling

Beds were not comfy, mirror was too high when 2 while getting ready and needing a mirror each.

Friendly welcome .with a smile.
Comfortable bed .but the room was to small to have two single beds. Television too high up on ceiling. Only one plug socket. And only one little window that opened.

Carol and Stuart are great hosts nothing is ever too much of a problem. They always have time for a chat and are very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are well equipped, spotlessly clean and breakfast is spot on to get you started for the day. Third time we have stayed and we won't stay anywhere else now. See you next year

Great location, lovely owners who made us feel welcome. Room wasn’t anything special but it was clean and comfortable and very good value for money.
The property don’t take card payment so we couldn’t have a drink at the bar as we had no cash on us.

Warm welcome from owner. Bed was comfortable. Room was warm & clean. Good location.
Breakfast did not start until 9am, which unfortunately we were not able to make use of.
Also the television was a little difficult to work, but we got there in the end.
Would also have preferred the teabags in the room to have been wrapped rather stored in a dirty container.

there was no breakfast go to blackpool every year stay in b and b all the time but we arrived here only to be told no breakfast so for this reason only won't be booking again

location was brilliant. beds were comfy and the room was clean.
Very basic. Unfortunately there was no flexibility on breakfast we hoped to have breakfast about 8 and was paying extra for this but we were told no breakfast till 9 which was a shame, but it didn't effect the stay really. Staff were very polite about it.
