The staff Phil, Gary and nigel are lovely people, friendly, inviting and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, I would stay here again, ideal location for the piers, clean sheets and towels condiments and shower gels and soap s provided... to be fair with the staff attitude towards customer service I quite enjoyed my stay
Some of the facilities didnt work but there was always someone in site with a workaround to hand, just ask

The location of the hotel was perfect. The hosts were brilliant and catered for all your needs going above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly relaxed atmosphere really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Location is amazing .. the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly
Our room was a little dated the toilet/shower area was very narrow and very little room to get round and the shower door didn’t open much again making it difficult to get into the shower.
