Wonderful
A wonderful welcome from Agnes - an extremely clean and comfortable property. The rooms had everything you need for your and more! From spare toothbrushes and cotton pads to ear plugs and wet wipes, Agnes had thought of everything! The welcome bag of goodies was also a lovely gesture. Was definitely made to feel at home and breakfast was wonderful!

Agnes and Dave gave us a brilliant welcome
The king room we stayed in was spotless and comfortable
The personal touches such as toothbrush, mouthwash, personal hygiene and welcome pack were second to none
Never experienced that before
Location was ideal for us attending an event in The Tower so highly recommend
Our breakfast on both mornings was excellent
All in all a fabulous find in Blackpool
Sadly Blackpool seems to be a bit run down but the Tower of course never ceases to leave me in awe
During the night lots of shouting and a few undesirables walking back
Of course not the fault of our hosts so don't let that put you off

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Central location. Agnes was a delight. The extra touches in the room ie. box of amenities, charger, scissors etc, toiletries and little welcome gift bag were a lovely touch.

Best hotel I have stayed in every thing you needed and more nice little touches even a welcome gift bag . David and Agnes were great hosts and as for breakfast so much selection to chose from 10 out of 10 for breakfast, would recommend this to anyone going to Blackpool will be returning next year for sure

Agnes and David are very welcoming and hospitable hosts, it never felt like anything was too much trouble and the room was clean and welcoming. It feels more like staying in someone's home than a hotel and therefore it feels like there is real care and attention to detail compared to a chain hotel. It is also conveniently located to the centre of town and so my commute to work was only 5 minutes!

Agnes & Dave were so welcoming and really went out there way... The Best Hosts & Hotel I've been too in Blackpool. It was my daughters birthday and she got spoiled.... such amazing people and ill be going there again.... Thankyou both so much for your kindness x

Had a lovely weekend at Sorrento house,Agnes and Dave were so welcoming well maintained and immaculately clean,loads of little extras and real attention to detail even to the point of tooth brushes and toothpaste should you forget yours,ample coffee milk and tea etc and extra should you need it readily available. A great breakfast with plenty of choices coupled with a location close to the seafront makes it a perfect destination for a holiday.

The greeting from Agnes was warm and friendly. The room was comfortable and they had thought of everything you might need. If you ran out of anything there were more supplies you could help yourself to.
Breakfast was excellent and again there was everything you could need.
If you want value for money and a little bit of sparkle in your life, this is the place to stay.
